Takes note of the comments of the Courts of Auditors concerning the fact that in order to establish a genuinely activity- based budget, the Agency should define precise objectives and relevant and measurable performance indicators; notes the Agency's comments in this respect.measures taken by the Agency to improve the activity-based management approach and obtain relevant and measurable performance indicators on the assignment of its staff and the allocation of its financial resources;
