RWelcomes the diverse nature of participants in the IGF forums since 2006 in terms of both regional and stakeholder representation; reiterates its view that a multi- stakeholder approach as regards, multilateral, democratic and transparent engagement in Internet Governance is key to ensuring an inclusive and holistic approach in this area.
