Calls on the Member States to use existingall EU-level funding resources to support initiatives pursuing links with businesses and offering entrepreneurship education to low-income young people, school dropouts, young people in danger of long- term unemployment and young people with disabilities; points out that the pre- financing budget for the European Youth Initiative has been increased by 30% in 2015 so as to allow Member States to speed up the establishment of projects to help young people find a job;
