Encourages the Member States to increase their efforts to restore and maintainupgrade and achieve class IV navigability of other inland waterway infrastructures, in particular river sections in the TEN-T core network; Stresses that an important upgrading of the Elbe River is needed to allow full navigability, which is essential for the Orient/East-Med corridor;
