Recalls that evidence shows major differences between Member States and room for improvement in terms of redress mechanisms; recalls that judicial collective redress systems currently existon the Commission therefore to draw up comprehensible overviews of the redress procedures available in 13all Member States and calls on the Commission to provide follow-up to its Green Paper of 27 November 2008 on Consumer Collective Redress (COM(2008)0794)in order to support empowered consumers in asserting their rights;
