Considers that unjustifiedit is important to recall that businesses are not permitted to discriminatie on bagrounds of nationality, sedx onr residence and price differences for common retail financial products between Member States requires urgent action; suggests that comparison tools play a role in bringing down price differenligion and must comply with the requirements to avoid discrimination laid down in Article 14 of, and Protocol 12 to, the European Convention on Human Rights; suggests that comparison tools can help consumers to compare the prices and quality of the various goods and services;
