Considers that EU industrial policy must embrace relocation strategies that promote the recovery of quality employment and manufacturing opportunities back to the EU, in order to increase competitiveness and cohesion and avoid excessive dependency on foreign providers, particularly in strategic sectors such as health, digitalisation and energy, thus strengthening the EU’s strategic autonomy;
