Calls on the Member States to create ‘evaluate the creation of 'one-stop shops’ by means of which SMEs can apply for European, national and local funds, bearing in mind that 'one-stop shops' have greater added value when they are created at the expense of existing administration, and thus do not increase expenses for the taxpayer.
