Takes the view that all infrastructure projects, whether in the area of transport or energy, should be negotiated between all the Black Sea countries concerned, and that coordination should be ensured especially with regard to TEN-T projects and to projects relating to the development of harbours taking also into account the need to connect with their hinterland;

6. Given that the Black Sea is highly polluted, and that pollution knows no frontiers, calls for a joint solution to be found to the problem through the use of all existing instruments and on the basis of EU standards for all countries of the Black Sea.
