(7) The measures necessary for the implementation of this DecisionIn order to ensure uniform conditions for compiling and updating of the list of travel documents, implementing powers should be conferred on the Commission. 1. In order to assist the Member States in their assessment of the technical standards of the travel documents, the Commission may in accordance with the advisory procedure set out in Article 7(2), provide for a technical analysis of such travel documents.

1. The Commission shall be assisted by a committee (the Travel Document Committee). That committee shall be a committee within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011.
