In pelagic fisheries, where vessels operate a lHowever, trans-shipments at sea in Uniong way from land and catch only small quantities and fish have to be thrown back because the quality of, for example, horse mackerel, anchovies, or sardines deteriorates sharply overnight, even when such catches are properly looked after,ters shall be permitted in some pelagic fisheries where vessels are many miles from land and their catches are so small that ift would be a totally inefficient way of proceeding if, on account of the above obligation,for a vessel had to return to port in order to sell its catch.
