Favours initiatives on mobility, particularly for students and young creators whether qualified or not, with the purpose of exchanging ideas and best practices and improving their language skills, as well as the development of residencies and workshops for artists, and calls on the Member States to remove barriers to free movement, particularly with reference to exchanges between EU artists and between EU and non-EU countries; calls on the Commission to ensure that the right to free movement can be exercised;
