Strongly urges the Commission and the Member States to encourage young people, including the most disadvantaged, to pursue a participatory approach to life,adopt a participatory approach to policy-making and to create opportunities for young people, in particular those with fewer opportunities, to influence decisions impacting their lives by using online and offline democracyparticipation tools and by involving the relevant stakeholders, such as social partners, civil society and youth organisations, in the development, implementation and assessment of youth policies;
