Believes that common elements between the Office and the European Police College should be explored further; reiterates its call on the Commission to prepare a comprehensive impact assessmtaking into account the fact that in 2014, the European Police College is to leave its current pregarding a potential merger of those two Agencies setting out the cost and benefits, considering the complementarities between the Office and the European Police College and the potential synergies, and to evaluate whether the merger could lead to economies of scale and optimisation ofmises, requests that the Commission comes up with a proposal for the relocation and merger of the European Police College with the Office in The Hague, without jeopardizing both agencies' core tasks, and present those performance in cross- border cooperation in the fight against crimeroposals to the European Parliament and the Council;
