The Commission shall hold regular meetings with the beneficiaries of the measures under this Article in order to ensure financial, civil and, where necessary, criminal accountability for the actions undertaken with the funds received, as well as to promote good practices and effectiveness of the measures provided. The Commission shall communicate the outcomes of those meetings to the European Parliament.
