Takes the view that the possibility should be considered of making both environmental improvements and smart savings in Parliament's budget by means of different working methods which are greener and cheaper but which do not detract from Parliament's work, including the use ofsavings and efficiencies should be sought through innovative working methods such as teleconferencesing.
