Emphasises the need to improve informal cooperation during the preparatory phase of delegated acts and implementing acts; warns against losing sight of the legislative intent of the co- legislators when preparing delegated and implementing acts; emphasises the importance of the Delegated Act Register, which will soon be operational; requests that the Commission notify the co- legislators simultaneously of all draft implementing measures adopted, including implementing acts and implementing technical standards;
