Deplores that the European Investment bank is placed in Luxembourg - in terms of GDP per capita the richest country in the EU - and stipulates that the European Investment Bank commence a review to relocate the headquarters of the European Investment Bank together with its over 2,000 employees away from Luxembourg to a less well-off country.
