Stresses that a better awareness of contractual rights and stronger action against unfairCalls on the Commission to assess and, where necessary, address unfair commercial and contractual practices, including late payments, unilateral changes to contractual terms, exclusivity clauses, upfront payments as entry fees to negotiations, resale price maintenance, tying and bundling, joint purchasing agreements and listing/de-listing fees; stresses that a better awareness of contractual practicerights will contribute to preventing themse practices; requests an information campaign informing all actors, especially farmers, within the food supply chain of their rights as well as of the most common unfair commercial practices. ;
