The Member States concerned, in partnership with the competent regional authorities, shall submit to the Commission a compensation plan for each region concerned including the list and quantities referred to in Article 73, the level of compensation referred to in Article 74 and the competent authority as laid down in Article 108.

Article 75a Adjustment To allow for changing circumstances, the Member States concerned, in partnership with the competent regional authorities, may adjust the list and the quantities referred to in Article 73(2) and the level of compensation under Article 74.
