Notes that local and regional markets often have insufficient supplies of horticultural products produced there and agricultural entrepreneurship should therefore be promoted in these regions, in particular through incentives for young entrepreneurship, which will offer an employment opportunity in the agricultural sector and a guarantee for the supply of fresh local produce;
