Observes that older workers often find it difficult to adjust to the changing conditions on the labour market, which is why they are to some extent less in demand; stresses, however, that, because of their many years of experience, they can be very useful to the economy, a fact which is far too often overlooked; considers, therefore, that the use of older workers in part-time retirement can be an excellent approach;
