Calls for the further development of a clear linkage between relief, rehabilitation and development, particularly in light of the continuing nutrition crisis, and underlines the need for an effective and sustained assistance through a combination of Public-Private Partnerships and Corporate Social Responsibility ; renews the European Parliament and Council’s call to the European Commission for a clearer and more focused strategy on nutrition tackling food security governance and reducing food price volatility by the end of 2012;
