Calls on the Commission to put forward a concrete legislative planning for the period 2018-2019 aiming to improve living and working conditions in the context of the Proclamation of the European Pillar of Social Rights, and specifically encourage the proclamation of a Social Protocol to be annexed to the Treaties to ensure that fundamental social rights take precedence over economic freedoms;
