(5 a) In Article 308b, paragraph 16 is amended as follows: "Member States may allow the ultimate parent insurance or reinsurance undertaking, during a period until 31 March 2022, to apply for the approval of an internal group model applicable to a part of a group where both the undertaking and the ultimate parent undertaking are located in the same Member State and if this part forms a distinct part having a significantly different risk profile from the rest of the group.
