Maintains that the transparency and credibility of CSR actions could be ensured if minimum standards were established; notes that minimum standards in this area should, in any event, cover the involvement of employee representatives and trade unions, along with other stakeholders, as regards content, enforcement, and monitoring, the involvement of the value chain, and independent review of compliance with self-imposed obligations;
