13a. Calls on the European Commission to be determined, when it comes to introducing incentive measures in order to strengthen participation in the Transparency Register. Such incentives could include: (a) reducing meetings with unregistered organisations or Lobbyists, (b) encouraging Commissioners and Commission staff to refuse meetings with, and invitations to events organised by, non-registered organisations, (c) restricting the (co-)hosting of events by non-registered organisations in Commission buildings;
