4. The accrediting authority shall supervise the accredited body and withdraw its accreditation by formal decision if one or more of the accreditation criteria are no longer met, unless the body takes the necessary remedial actions within a period of probation to be determined by the accrediting authority according to the severity of the problem. The accrediting authority shall notify the Commission immediately of the setting of any probation period for an accredited body and of any withdrawal decision. The Member State may choose not to establish a separate Accrediting authority, but ensure accreditation process within existing independent Audit body;

For Member States which acceded to the Union before 2013, whose GDP per capita is below 75% of the EU 27 average, and whose average real GDP growth 2008- 2010 was lower than the EU 27 average, the cohesion policy allocation shall not be lower than in the period 2007-2013.
