Calls on the Commission to extend its monitoring activity to the websites of companies and transport service providers, to enable the current law on price transparency and unfair commercial practices to be implemented and enforced effectively, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EC, and to ensure that the headline price corresponds exactly to the final price and that no unreasonable extra costs (e.g. handling charges or a charge for payment by credit card) are added just before a purchase is made;
