Points out that the structure and organisation of the Ombudsman's office described in its annual activity report (AAR) does not correspond to the organigram displayed in its website; calls for compliance with the principle of transparency, in particular as regards identifying and assigning clear lines of responsibility, and asks the Ombudsman to clarify how is the office is currently organised;
