Stresses that in order to facilitate work- life balance for single mothers, greater involvement of fathers is necessary; notes in this regard that shared custody is almost non-existent in some Member States;urgently necessary in the form of active involvement in the child’s life by agreement with the single mother, or else in the form of appropriate additional payments; notes in this regard that shared custody is almost non-existent in some Member States and calls in this connection for an information campaign to be launched in the Member States in question.
