Hopes that in the future it willCalls for it still to be possible in the future for a large number of small NGOs to be involved in partnerships of associations, as they often play a major role in identifying less well-known, taboo or new problems and in finding innovative ways to tackle them; considers it necessary, in view of the limited capacity of small NGOs, for appropriate measures to be devised to support the take-up of funds from the Daphne Programme;
