Recalls that where more women are regularly engaged in conflict resolution and peace- building processes, they play a key role in peace negotiations, broadening the scope of reconstruction, rehabilitation and peace building; therefore encourages the participation of women in all reconciliation efforts in Mali and in the north of the country especially;
