Supports the conclusions of the mid- term evaluation of the administrative cooperation agreement between the EESC and the Committee of the Regions; considers that some improvements should be made to rationalise human resources in the Joint Services and in translation and calls on the EESC to ensure that the inconsistencies referred to in Paragraph 2 do not recur;
