Welcomes the activities in the framework of the Berlin Process, which demonstrate strong political support for the European perspective of Western Balkan countries; points out the importance of this Process for the promotion of the economic development of the countries in the Region through investments in core networks; welcomes the establishment of the RYCO (Regional Youth Cooperation Office) and the Western Balkans Fund and urges the Commission to take into account the initiatives and projects proposed by Macedonia;
