Believes that the open method of coordination could be continued beyond the current period for cooperation in youth policy in order to set a joint agenda, exchange best practices and improve knowledge based policy making; however, believes that the current strategy’s fields of action and initiatives should be simplified and streamlined and its mechanisms for monitoring and reporting outcomes improved in order to be more targeted and ambitious;
