Urges the Commission to evaluate the distortions produced by the state aid granted in order to mitigate the impact of the crisis, andprepare a detailed evaluation of possible distortions as a result of decisions adopted within the framework of the application of the temporary State aid measures in response to the economic and financial crisis, taking into account the scope, degree of transparency and consistency of the different measures which are based on the framework; calls on the Commission to adopt new guidelines with a view to re- establishing a level playing field as soon as possible;
