NotBelieves that over two decades the Single Market has proved to be a great success; believes, at the same time, that more efforts need to be concentrated onthe implementation of austerity policies and other neo liberal measures are making the crisis worse; the full implementation of the Service Directive will not lead to a recovery; in order to promotinge growth and job creation, as a means of enabling the EU to overcome the current crisis, public investment programmes are needed to redevelop and grow the economy;
