In order to prevent the marketing in the Union or the export to third countries of products not labelled in conformity with the Regulation on the protection of PDO and PGI, the Commission may, by means of delegated acts, define the actions to be implemented by the Member States in this respect.

Operators preparing and storing a traditional speciality,, packaging, storing or placing on the market products with protected designation of origin or(PDO), protected geographical indication or who places such(PGI) or traditional speciality guaranteed, protected designation of origin and protected geographical indication on the market (TSG), shall also be subject to the system of controls as referred to in Chapter I of this Title.
