PURPOSE: to appoint Mr Lazaros LAZAROU as a member of the Court of Auditors.

LEGISLATIVE ACT: Council Decision 2010/628/EU appointing a Member of the Court of Auditors.

CONTENT: given that the term of office of Mr Kikis KAZAMIAS expires on 1 November 2010, Mr Lazaros LAZAROU is hereby appointed Member of the Court of Auditors for the period from 2 November 2010 to 1 November 2016.

ENTRY INTO FORCE: 22/10/2010.
