Highlights the commitment of the Agency to the protection of vulnerable groups and on all types of discrimination within the Union; welcomes that the Proposal for a Council Regulation amending Regulation (EC) No 168/2007 establishing a European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights clarifies that the scope of the Agency's activities, covering all the competences of the Union;
