Calls on the Commission to structure the next multiannual financial framework (MFF) in a manner that clearly reflects the EU’s priorities for the coming years, particularly with respect to the resources needed to make a success of the transition to a low-carbon circular economy based on the UN's sustainable development goals and to sustain the EU’s leading role in tackling climate change and its internal and external biodiversity commitments and goals;
