11. Calls on the Commission to continue to expldraw up compulsorey measures at the EU level to protect vulnerable consumers, including formalised cooperation between regulators, and the introduction of an online trustmark for legal operators; in addition, measures should be drawn up regarding the frequency of games (a minimum of seven seconds between games, even if games are being played in several windows or a number of the operator’s games are being played), the replacement of voluntary limits with fixed monthly payment limits, and the restriction of time spent playing to a maximum of four hours a day for each player;
