Notes with concern that approximately only half of the Foundation’s Governing Board members’ CVs and declarations of interest are publicly available on its website; acknowledges that the Foundation has no legal means of enforcing submission of those documents; urges the Foundation’s governing board members to submit those documents without delay with a view to increasing transparency;
