Notes that while the Supervisor has only one senior management post the middle management posts are represented by 40 % female and 60 % male staffa gender balance of 40 % / 60 %; calls on the Supervisor to continue with efforts to ensure that the recruitment and promotions policy is as gender balanced as possible;
