Understands that developing CSR will require new skills from businesses and a shift in values and behaviour; is convinced that Member States can play a key role in providing educational institutions with incentives to include CSR, sustainable development and responsible citizenship in the relevant curricula, in both secondary and higher education;

5b. Acknowledges that within large companies CSR practices and policies are still very much confined to a minority, therefore calls on the Commission to highlight the importance of CSR being included in education and training especially within business and management schools;
