Support from the Cohesion Fund for sustainable transport infrastructure projects of European added value as listed in the Annex of Regulation ...../2013/EC on establishing the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) shall be implemented in accordance with the Cohesion Fund Regulation as well as the Regulation ...../2013/EC on Union guidelines for the development of the Trans-European Transport Guidelines (TEN-T).

3 b. The decision on the selection of projects co-financed by the Cohesion Fund and defined under the CEF and TEN-T Regulations shall be annually proposed by the Commission and decided by the European Parliament and the Council. The Commission shall be responsible for the management and implementation of these decided projects, in accordance with the CEF and TEN-T Regulations.
