Notes the general provisions laid down in Regulation (EU) No 508/2014 on the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund as regards aid for vessel improvement, but regretand notes that no specific measures are established in that regulation that take account of the specific characteristics and condition of fleets in the territories concerned;
