Highlights the importance of boosting cooperation between EMSA, Frontex and EFCA to support Member States in promoting maritime security, combating cross-border crime and protecting the environment taking due account of the principle of subsidiarity and the existing international structures; stresses the importance of developing digital solutions and advanced maritime technology such as CISE in order to improve surveillance and monitoring systems for maritime activities;
