Recital 16
(16) Decision (EU) 2015/1814 should therefore be amended accordingly,. However, in the six months following the entry into force of the directive amending Directive 2003/87/EC, the Commission must carry out an assessment on its impact on supply and demand for emissions allowances on the market and must put forward a fresh proposal to amend Article 1(5) of Decision (EU) 2015/1814 on a market stability reserve, if necessary, in the light of the results of that assessment.
